Prestolite 4000 alternator series adheres to tough operating conditions and are able to withstand today’s hotter temperatures.  The 4000 alternator series is designed for reliability in applications where high output at idle is required.  

Horton engine cooling fans are designed for optimal on-highway use, and are regarded as standard equipment on the premier brands of heavy-duty, long-haul trucks as well as highly-recognised medium-duty truck brands such as panel trucks and utility vehicles. Depending on the environment in which the vehicle operates, Horton provides a variety of fan component materials from nylon or metal, to complex composites.

The Probe value-line
In addition to distributing top international solutions, Probe produces an in-house range of OEM starters and alternators known as the Probe value-line.  Probe is the only local company that effectively remanufactures automotive starters and alternators.  These parts offer a cost-effective alternative to their imported counterparts without compromising on quality. 

Each product is remanufactured following international standards and undergoes stringent quality testing prior to leaving the factory floor.  Particularly popular is the universal Lucas alternator, which has a wide variety of applications and is an ideal option for older makes of heavy-duty vehicles such as tractors and certain petrol engine forklifts.
